Gay

Gay:  A sexual and affectional orientation toward people of the same gender; can be used as an umbrella term for men and women.

 

THE LGBTQIA Resource Center includes the “G” in it’s name for the gay community. We consider gay to encompass those men who are attracted to other men, while we also uplift the term “lesbian” and the “L” in our name for those women that are attracted to women.

 

Being gay is a natural state of human sexuality. For men who are exploring their identities, we hope that this will be a helpful resource for you.
