Multi Ethnic or Mixed Race Heritage refers to individuals who are of multiple racial or ethnic decent. It represents a people of multiple global identities and experience. Multi ethnic or mixed race individuals often face barriers on a daily basis surrounding education, housing, employment, racism, and while there are support groups for people in multicultural families, there is no fully developed equivalent to the gay community for mixed-race couples [1]. It is important to acknowledge and celebrate the different identities that can reside in an individual, and thus these resources aim to educate people of mixed race heritage as well as people outside of the group.
