The group welcomes everyone, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, as long as they are transgender-friendly. The organization, which has served the Sacramento region for more than 20 years, became an official program of the Sacramento Gay & Lesbian Center in November 2007. The group holds monthly potluck gatherings at the Center as well as other social events and outings.
